1. Overview
Squared ("Service") is a financial data analysis platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not Financial Advice
All content provided by Squared — including analysis, signals, regime classifications, and AI-generated commentary — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Past analysis does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share accounts or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscription & Payment
Squared offers free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Toss Payments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis (subscription fee ÷ 30 days × days remaining). No refund is issued if any deep analyses have been used during the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) scrape or bulk-download data from the Service; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the Service to build a competing product; (d) circumvent any rate limits or access controls.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the Service are owned by Squared. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Squared does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
