2. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) Account data — email address and name provided at registration or via Google OAuth; (b) Usage data — pages visited, assets searched, watchlist items, and feature interactions; (c) Payment data — subscription status and billing history processed by Toss Payments (we do not store card numbers); (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security and performance.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process subscription payments; send account notifications and product updates (you may opt out); detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Toss Payments — to process subscription billing; (b) Google — when you sign in with Google OAuth; (c) Infrastructure providers — Google Cloud (hosting, database); (d) law enforcement when required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Usage and watchlist data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Billing records are retained for 5 years as required by Korean tax law.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time: access, correct, or delete your personal data via Settings; export your data; withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact hello@squared.report.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies necessary for authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
